How is the delivery of my order?
The orders are sent as a letter post with Postnord. Depending on the size of the shipment, you will receive your order right in the mailbox. Or a message when the delivery has arrived your local drop-off point.
Please note that we do NOT have the opportunity to send anyone out confirmation when we send your delivery.
How long is the delivery time?
After receiving payment confirmation, the order is sent out within 48 hours (after verified payment). After that, Postnord's delivery time will be added as in normal cases is about 1-2 working days for domestic and about 5-10 for international delivery.
Do you get any order confirmation?
After placing your order, you will always receive one confirmation to the email address you provided. Check yours information carefully.
Can you see on the packaging what it contains?
No, we send all shipments in anonymous and unmarked padded envelopes.
Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes, we have a minimum limit of 70 euro).
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost is 6 euro per order for deliveries within Sweden. For international deliveries, the shipping cost is 10 euro.
Can you send as traceable mail?
No, no orders are sent by traceable mail, each shipment goes as regular letter mail.
What are the additional costs?
In addition to the shipping cost, no fees are added except for orders via e-mail when an administrative fee of 2 euro is added.
How to pay?
We only apply advance payment, via credit card, Swish or deposit / bank transfer. After you have placed your order, you will receive payment instructions by email from us. It is important that you read and follow these carefully so that there are no question marks surrounding your order or your payment which causes the delivery of your order to be delayed.
